Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. A valid credit card is required to secure all bookings.

This policy ensures we can protect appointment times and continue providing consistent care to all clients.

We understand that true emergencies and illness can occur. Please contact us as soon as possible if something unexpected comes up.

Please note that we are unable to provide receipts for insurance claims for cancelled or missed appointments.
