Cancellation Policy

Appointments cancelled without 12 hours notice, late, or missed appointments will be charged the full amount of the appointment booked.

Note: We recognize that no one is perfect and there are circumstances out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies etc.), therefore exceptions may be made to the above policies.
